Getting Involved

Concierge Society of Atlanta (CSA) consists of over 40 professional Concierge Members and over 30 Affiliate Members. Throughout the year a variety of events and functions enable the CSA to interact with the leaders of the Metro Atlanta Area Businesses that provide goods, services and activities to the visitors of Atlanta. There are numerous occasions for local businesses to educate the Concierge Industry about the valuable role they can play in the guests’ experience in Atlanta. Listed below are a few examples of how you can participate in exciting opportunities for exposure.

  :: Host a Function
Most CSA functions last approximately 2-3 hours depending on the event/host and are limited to one per week. If you are interested in getting on the waiting list please contact the VP of Operations, who is available to answer any questions, and can help you plan a memorable function.
  :: Host a Monthly Meeting
CSA meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month to discuss business matters. The meeting usually lasts approximately 3 hours and is set up in a meeting room or classroom style set up. If you are interested in getting on the waiting list please contact the VP of Operations.
  :: Speak at a Monthly Meeting
During each monthly meeting a limited amount of time is reserved for speakers who wish to address the membership. If you are interested in getting on the waiting list please contact the VP of Operations.
  :: Host Annual Award/Holiday Event
Once a year the CSA members and their guests gather to celebrate their accomplishments. This extremely popular event boasts the highest attendance level of any CSA function. The VP of Operations is available to answer any questions and to help you plan a memorable Awards Dinner. There are several ways your organization can participate in the Awards Dinner; please contact the VP of Operations
  :: Host an Educational/Training Event
The CSA regularly provides Educational and Training opportunities to its members. If you would like to host an event like this please contact the VP of Operations.
  :: Participate in Neighborhood Familiarization Program
Join forces with other businesses in your neighborhood to show off what makes your neighborhood a can’t-miss destination for out-of-towners. Contact the VP of Operations for more details.
  :: Support our Annual Fundraiser
Every year the CSA organizes a fundraising event to benefit a local charitable organization. If you are interested in learning the different ways your organization can participate, please contact any CSA Board Member.
  :: Host a Focus Group
Many businesses realize the knowledge and experience of a Professional Concierge can directly benefit their operations. Any CSA Board Member can retain a focus group based on your needs.
  :: Support the Southeast Region Concierge Conference
When Concierge from the Southeast gather for their regional conference, they wish to experience the elite social and cultural businesses in the host city. If you are interested in representing Atlanta when we host this conference, please contact any CSA Board Member.
  :: Purchase Mailing List/Database
One of the most valuable sources of exposure for a business is direct through communication with the entire CSA membership. If you are interested in purchasing this detailed list, contact CSA President or VP of Administration.
